Age Limit
18-43. (Only candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2003) (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. [including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of General Conditions]. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Sanskrit and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala. • A title of Oriental Learning in Sanskrit awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala and Certificate in Language Teacher's Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. A title of Oriental Learning in the concerned language awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala shall also be accepted in lieu of Degree, if these titles have been declared as equivalent to Part III of the Degree. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II of the KS&SSR will be applicable for this post. Applications of candidates who have claimed qualification equivalent to those prescribed in the Gazette Notification for the post will be considered equivalent only if they produce Government Orders to prove equivalency at the time of verification.
Notes
Candidates must submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their 'One Time Registration' Profile. Candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected. Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
