Kerala PSC has invited applications for Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Sanskrit) in Education (Category No. 632/2019). Vacancies: District wise: Alappuzha – Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian - 1 (One); pay scale: 18000-41500/-; method of appointment: Direct Recruitment (From among the candidates belonging to the above mentioned reservation community only). Age limit

18-43. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2001 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply. (including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of General Conditions). Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • S.S.L.C. or its equivalent. • A Degree in Sanskrit conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala • A title of Oriental learning in Sanskrit awarded or recognized by any one of the Universities in Kerala. • Oriental School leaving certificate (Sanskrit) issued by Government of Kerala. • A Pass in the preliminary Examination in Sanskrit conducted by any one of the Universities in Kerala. • A Pass in the Pre-university or Pre-degree Examinations from Sanskrit Colleges affiliated to the Universities in Kerala. • A Pass in Sanskrit Teacher's examination conduced by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • A Pass in the Pre-degree Examination with Sanskrit (Sahithya) and Sanskrit (Sasthra) as optional subjects conducted by the Arts or Science Colleges affiliated to the Universities in Kerala. • A pass in plus 2 course conducted by the Kerala Higher Secondary Directorate with Sanskrit (Sahithya), Sanskrit (Sasthra), History and Economics as combination. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed. in the respective subjects are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR will be applicable. Applications of candidates who have claimed qualification equivalent to those prescribed in the Gazette Notification will be considered equivalent only if they produce Government Orders to prove equivalency at the time of verification.

General conditions from the notification
The selection is subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS)No.154/71/PD, dated 27.5.1971. Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again. If a Written Test/OMR/Online Examination is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation through their One Time Registration profile.
