Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master of Business Administration or Master of Business Management/ Master of Personnel Management or equivalent qualification recognized by any University in Kerala Experience Required: 3 (three) years post qualification experience in Personnel Management in a reputed Organization. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. Those candidates who have claimed equivalency for qualifications should produce the Government order proving the same at the time of certificate verification.
General conditions from the notification
The ranked list shall remain in force for a minimum of one year and maximum of three years. Probation period is one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Candidates must submit confirmation for OMR/Online test. Aadhaar card should be added as ID proof in profile.
