Age Limit
18-39. Only candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (Including the age relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General conditions).
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Plus two or equivalent. Technical Qualifications: • Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India • OR • Diploma in Prosthetics and Orthotics recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India with one year experience in Prosthetics / Orthotics from Central or State Government Service or Public Sector undertaking or Registered Private Sector undertaking. • IN THE ABSENCE OF ABOVE: • Certificate in Prosthetics and Orthotics recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India with two years experience in Prosthetics / Orthotics from Central or State Government Service or Public Sector undertaking or Registered Private Sector undertaking. • Should have registration in the Rehabilitation Council of India. Experience Required: One year experience for Diploma holders or Two years experience for Certificate holders in Prosthetics / Orthotics from Central or State Government Service or Public Sector undertaking or Registered Private Sector undertaking. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
Notes
Candidates are subject to Part II of KS&SSR, probation rules (two years of duty within a continuous period of three years), and disciplinary actions for bogus claims under KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22.
