Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Station Officer (Special Recruitment for ST only) in Fire and Rescue Services. Category No: 591/2017. Vacancies: 2 (Two). Scale of Pay: 30700 - 65400. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 31-01-2018 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20 - 36. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.1997 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (No other age relaxation will be allowed.) Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Graduation in Science from a recognized University preferably in Chemistry. Technical Qualifications: • A good record in Sports or Games (Preferential) Physical Standards: Distant Vision: 6/6 Snellen (Right Eye & Left Eye), Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen (Right Eye & Left Eye), Field of Vision: Full. Physical Measurements (For SC/ST candidates): Height (without Footwear) - 160 cms, Weight - 48 kgs, Chest - 76 cms, Chest Expansion - 5 cms. Candidates must qualify in at least 5 out of 8 items in the physical efficiency test. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable.
