Age Limit
18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities. Age relaxation allowed to officers of Technical Education Department to the extent of their service in the Department; subject to a maximum period of ten years over and above the relaxation in age, if any, allowed under general rules. In such cases, the maximum age shall not exceed fifty years.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: ā€¢ A pass in Technical High School Leaving Certificate Examination in the appropriate Trade. ā€¢ A pass in S.S.L.C Examination or its equivalent. Technical Qualifications: ā€¢ National Trade Certificate in the appropriate Trade ā€¢ Pass in Kerala Government Certificate in Engineering Examination in the appropriate Trade ā€¢ Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate Course in the appropriate Trade Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
Notes
Candidates must register as per One Time Registration. No application fee is required. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination if a test is conducted. Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR Card as I.D Proof in their profile. In case of difference in original caste/community claimed and that entered in SSLC book, a Gazette notification is required.
