Certificates awarded by City and Guilds of London Institute after 31.03.1985 will not be accepted.

Selection is on a Revenue District basis. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying. Candidates advised for appointment are not eligible for transfer to another district for five years.
