18-31. Candidates born between 02.01.1992 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) only are eligible to apply for the post.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Pass in HSE examination (Plus Two) or its equivalent • In the absence of higher secondary qualified candidates, those who have failed Higher Secondary/Plus Two examination will also be considered to fill up the quota. Physical Standards: Height: A minimum of 150cm. Eye Sight: Must be certified to possess visual standards without glasses (Distant Vision: Right Eye 6/6 Snellen, Left Eye 6/6 Snellen; Near Vision: Right Eye 0.5 Snellen, Left Eye 0.5 Snellen; Full field of vision, no colour blindness, squint, or morbid conditions). Must be free from apparent physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, Varicose vein, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular and protruding tooth, defective speech and hearing. Must qualify in any five events out of eight events specified of the National Physical Efficiency, One Star Standard Test. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a) ii is applicable to this selection.

Paragraphs two, three and twenty five (except the conditions laid down in the Rule 3 (C) of Part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules) of the General Conditions are not applicable to this selection.
