Scale of Pay: 15,380 – 25,900/-. Method of Appointment: Recruitment by transfer. Applications must be submitted online on or before 18-06-2014 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Malayalam or Graduation with Malayalam as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III and B.Ed/BT/LT conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Title of Oriental Learning in Malayalam awarded by the Universities in Kerala and Certificate in Language Teachers Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Post Graduates in Malayalam are also eligible to apply for this post provided they have B.Ed/BT/LT qualification. Technical Qualifications: • B.Ed should be in the concerned subject viz Malayalam. Experience Required: Service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Peon in the General Education Department with not less than 5 years as on the date of application. The applicant should be an approved probationer/Full member of the Kerala General Education subordinate service as on the date of application. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Those candidates who secured B.Ed/B.T Degree from the Universities outside Kerala should note in the application form, the number and date of relevant orders declaring the said degree as equivalent to those prescribed for this selection.

Applications should not be submitted to more than one district. The selection will be made on a revenue district basis subject to special conditions. Rules regarding reservation of appointment in Article 14 to 17 in Part II of KS&SSR are not applicable to recruitment by transfer.
