Age Limit

18-39, Only candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of Part II of the General Conditions.) Note: Provisional hands working in the concern will be given age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service put in subject to a maximum of 5 years from the upper age limit.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Standard VII (New) or its equivalent. Technical Qualifications: • Current driving licence with endorsement to drive Heavy Motor Vehicles and Tractor. Heavy Duty driving licence issued after 16.01.1979 must have endorsement both for heavy goods and heavy passenger vehicles. • Medical fitness as per Motor Vehicles Act and Rules. Experience Required: One year experience in driving heavy motor vehicles in a Government or Quasi Government institution or a Registered firm. Physical Standards: Distant Vision: 6/6 Snellen (Right Eye and Left Eye), Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen (Right Eye and Left Eye). Each eye must have full field of vision. Must be free from colour blindness, night blindness, squint, and any morbid condition of the eyes lids. Medical fitness regarding physical fitness and vision as prescribed. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.

Notes

Sub Paras (ii),(iii),(iv), (v),(vii),(viii), (ix),(x),(xi) and (xiii) in para 2 and para 5(a), 6 and 7 of the general conditions are not applicable to this post. The selection will be subject to the rules and regulations made by the concern from time to time.
