Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Black Smith in Health Services. Category No: 461/2016. Vacancies: District wise (Ernakulam – 01). Scale of Pay: ₹ 18,000-41,500/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2017 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

19-36. Only Candidates born between 2.1.1980 and 1.1.1997 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation (maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • National Trade Certificate in Blacksmithy Trade. Technical Qualifications: • Must be able to fabricate, maintain and repair steel items of furniture and other equipments. Experience Required: Must have atleast 5 years experience as Blacksmith gained after acquiring the technical qualification of NTC in Blacksmithy Trade. The experience acquired from Institutions other than Government/Quasi Government must be registered under the Companies Act, the SSI Act or under the Co-operative Societies Act. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable for selection to this post.
