Age Limit
21- 42. Only candidates born between 02-01-1972 and 01-01-1993 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII (New) or its equivalent Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Heavy Duty Driving Licence of three years standing with endorsement for driving HP & HG Vehicles and Badge • Proficiency in Driving Heavy goods/passenger Motor Vehicles proved by a practical test including H test and road test Experience Required: Three years standing in Heavy Duty Driving Licence Physical Standards: Must not be less than 165 Cm in height and 83 Cm round the chest with a minimum expansion of 4 Cm. Medical fitness standards for vision, hearing, and general health apply. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a)(ii) is applicable.
Notes
Selection is on a Revenue District basis. Candidates advised for appointment are not eligible for transfer to another district until 5 years of continuous service. Probation period is 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years.
