Age Limit
21- 42. Only candidates born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.1995 (both dates included) are eligible. Age relaxation up to 44 years for those converted to Christianity from the adult member of SC community and their children. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII (New) or its equivalent Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Heavy Duty Driving Licence of three years standing with endorsement for driving Heavy Goods/Passenger Vehicles and Drivers Badge • Proficiency in Driving Heavy goods/passenger Motor Vehicles which is to be proved by a practical test including H test and road test Experience Required: Three years standing in Heavy Duty Driving Licence Physical Standards: Must not be less than 165 cm in height and 83 cm round the chest with a minimum expansion of 4 cm. Medical standards: Perfect hearing, Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen (both eyes), Near Vision 0.5 Snellen (both eyes), Normal Colour Vision, No night blindness, No paralysis, and free from infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable.
Notes
Selection is on a Revenue District basis. Candidates advised from the ranked list are not eligible for transfer to another district for 5 years. Probation period is 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years. Differently abled candidates are not eligible.
