Age Limit

19-44. Candidates born between 02-01-1977 and 01-01-2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and other backward communities.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade with 3 years experience in the trade after acquiring the certificate. • OR National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade with 1 year experience in the trade after acquiring the certificate. • OR Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering from a Government or Government recognized Polytechnic or equivalent qualification. Experience Required: Experience in the appropriate/related trade as a workshop attendant is considered as experience in the trade. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders must be produced at the time of verification.

Notes

The rank list published shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. 3% of vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates (locomotor disability/cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, low vision) as per G.O.(P) No. 1/2013/SJD dated 03-01-2013. Probation period is two years of duty within a continuous period of three years.
