Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: ā€¢ A Degree in Sanskrit and B.Ed/BT/LT conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. ā€¢ OR A title of Oriental Learning in Sanskrit awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala and Certificate in Language Teachers Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. ā€¢ A title of Oriental Learning in the concerned language awarded or recognised by the Universities in Kerala shall also be accepted in lieu of degree, if these titles have been declared as equivalent to Part III of the degree. ā€¢ Post Graduates in Sanskrit are also eligible to apply provided that they have B.Ed/B.T/L.T. Technical Qualifications: ā€¢ Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. ā€¢ Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed. in the respective subjects are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) will be applicable for the post. 'Siksha Sastri' Examination of the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan and 'Siksha Sastri' Examination of the Kameswar Singh Darbhanga University of Bihar will be treated as equivalent to B.Ed Degree.
Notes
Candidates must register via One Time Registration. Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the community other than those notified will be summarily rejected. Selection is on a revenue district basis. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post.
