Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade with three years experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate. • National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade with one year experience after obtaining the certificate. • Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering from a Government or Government Recognized polytechnic or its equivalent qualification. Experience Required: Experience gained by a Workshop Attender in the trade can also be deemed to be qualifying experience in the trade for selection to this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
Notes
Candidates must refer to Part II of the General Conditions. Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than the specified reservation group will be rejected. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination if a test is conducted.
