Age Limit
Stream-1: 21-32 (born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.1998); Stream-2: 21-40 (born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.1998); Stream-3: Must not have completed 50 years of age on the 1st January of the year in which this notification is published. Age relaxations applicable as per rules.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree including professional course in any subject from a University recognized by a University established by Government of Kerala or UGC or awarded by National Institutes established by the Government of India. Experience Required: Stream-2: Must be a Full Member or an approved probationer in any Government Department and must not be a Ist Gazetted Officer or above in the Departments in Schedule-I of KAS Special Rule 2018. Must have been regularized in service in any cadre as per Rule 10(b) in the Kerala State & Subordinate Service Rules 1958 or must have served for a period of not less than two years in a supernumerary post in Government. Stream-3: Must have satisfactorily completed probation in any Cadre in Government or probation has not been declared in the current post even after the period of probation, due to administrative delay. Physical Standards: Medical Fitness Certificate from a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS& SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce relevant Government Order at the time of verification.
Notes
The Ranked List shall remain in force for one year. Separate Ranked List for all three streams. 4% reservation for Differently Abled candidates. Probation period of 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years inclusive of 18 months training.
