Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Lecturer in Biochemistry in Collegiate Education. Category No: 245/2017. Vacancies: 2 (Two). Scale of Pay: UGC Scale. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-09-2017 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

22-40. Only candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.1995 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Communities. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Masters Degree in the concerned subject (Biochemistry) with at least 55% marks or its equivalent and good academic record. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed a Comprehensive Test in the concerned subject specifically conducted for the purpose by UGC or any agency duly constituted by the state government in this behalf. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: The conditions laid down in KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii are applicable. For SC/ST Candidates Minimum 50% marks for Masters Degree shall be sufficient. For 'PhD' holders who have passed Masters Degree prior to 19.09.1991, 50% marks for Masters Degree shall be sufficient. Candidates who have obtained 'Ph.D' Degree in the concerned subject are exempted from passing the NET examination.
